Beyond The Vines, a contemporary design studio from Singapore, sought to make a bold entrance into the Japanese market. Known for their minimal yet playful approach to everyday essentials, they aimed to connect with Japan’s highly design-literate audience through a thoughtful and targeted launch.

OPPORTUNITY

Beyond The Vines was looking to launch in Japan and needed to find the right audience while effectively communicating their brand message in a new market. The goal was to build strong local awareness and establish credibility among tastemakers and consumers alike.

SOLUTION

We identified the perfect location to engage Japan’s design-conscious community and organized a curated pop-up store experience. The launch included a private preview event for key opinion leaders and press, followed by a multi-day retail activation offering a full range of Beyond The Vines products directly to customers.

RESULT

The PR launch event was a major success, drawing over 200 attendees—including notable influencers and micro-influencers who already supported the brand. The event generated strong brand awareness, extensive social media coverage, and established Beyond The Vines as a fresh and relevant name in Japan’s fashion and lifestyle scene.
